Leading Property Management company seeking to hire a Leasing Specialist with customer service skills for a beautiful successful Apartment Community located in Watford City, ND.

• Answers telephone calls, internet inquiries, or in-person requests from prospects with the purpose of leasing available apartment homes.
• Must be versed in sales techniques, rapport building, overcoming objections and final close procedures.

• Guides prospects through a tour of the community, to market ready apartment homes and to all amenity areas, using stairs as necessary.

• Qualifies prospects by collecting personal data and entering into applicable programs
• Completes request for credit and background checks and reviews in accordance to standard policy / procedure. Provides follow up status to prospects.

• Performs light accounting activities such as calculating monthly (prorated) rents and other fees and correctly calculates and communicates move in fees
• Effectively communicates approval and move-in status’ to team members. Tracks move-in ready status’, schedules move-in appointments and collects predetermined move in fees
• Completes all required paperwork accurately and timely and sets up file for move-in
• Researches and shops market comparable sites to keep up
• Performs office administrative activities
• Other projects and duties as requested
• Basic MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook required
