Full time Maintenance/Grounds person for an apartment community in Canton, MI.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Duties include keeping the outside grounds picked up from trash and debris. Grounds are picked up daily, mulch and planting flowers are included. Maintenance should know basic electrical & plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable. HVAC certified helpful. Must live within 10-15 minutes from property.
