Seeking a working Maintenance Supervisor! 

The Maintenance Supervisor must have prior experience in supervising, training and mentoring a small staff and possess advanced HVAC skills (certification required).  Intermediate to advanced electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and drywall repair skills are also required. Must be available for rotating, after-hours on call emergency request services.  Also seeking somebody with a phenomenal work ethic who is a team player who possesses extraordinary organizational and communication skills whereas working closely with the Property Manager.  We prefer you live close in proximity to the respective site; within 15-20 minutes however that is negotiable.
