Full time experienced apartment maintenance person for mid-size apartment community in the Greenville, SC.
All applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
Maintenance should know basic electrical & plumbing, appliance repair, on call emergency pager, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable. HVAC certified preferred.
