Full time experienced apartment Maintenance Technician for apartment community in Jacksonville, FL.

All applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Seeking a Maintenance Technician with 2-5 years property maintenance experience. Must possess beginner to intermediate HVAC skills; certifications required. Intermediate electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and drywall repair skills are also preferred. Must be available for rotating, after-hours on call emergency request services. Also seeking somebody with a phenomenal work ethic who is a team player who possesses extraordinary organizational and communication skills whereas working cohesively with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We prefer you live close in proximity to the respective site; within 15-20 minutes however that is negotiable.

Reliable Transportation is a must.
