Full time experienced apartment maintenance technicians needed for apartment community in Wayne, MI.

All applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Maintenance should know basic electrical and plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, grounds, etc. Must have strong hands on maintenance skills. Need a team player and someone who is dependable. Must be HVAC certified. Must have own tools.
