Established yet growing property management company is looking to fill the role of regional property manager. The regional property manager will oversee the operations for several apartment complexes in the Bakken Region of North Dakota.
Position responsibilities include:
– Performing regular site visits.
– Managing, training and developing leasing, management and maintenance personnel.
– Resolving tenant concerns.
– Ensuring facilities are properly maintained.
– Preparing, analyzing and adhering to annual operating budgets.
– Enforcing compliance with company policy and local housing laws/ordinances.
– Confirming delinquent rental accounts are prepared for and sent to the landlord attorney in a timely manner.
– Holding all staff accountable for their responsibilities in their individual roles.
– Checking to make sure payables and invoices are coded and submitted on regular basis.
Successful candidates will have:
– A positive attitude with a professional demeanor and commitment to the success of the team.
– Highly organized, detail oriented, self-directed, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office products and experience with property management software.
– Minimum of 5-years’ experience in a property.
